There’s no deadline to finish your puzzle. Take your time and enjoy it! Your membership continues monthly while you have a puzzle, and when you’re ready, simply return it and choose your next one.

Please let us know when you return the puzzle. Some of our Founding Collection is still being checked, so our Founding Members are helping us verify each puzzle as it travels around the RePuzzler community. We’ll update the puzzle’s record so future members know.

Accidents happen! Just let us know when you return the puzzle. We understand that pieces can occasionally go missing or become damaged. We simply ask that you take reasonable care of our puzzles and tell us if anything happens.

When you’re ready for your next puzzle, simply pack your completed puzzle back into the reusable packaging. We’ll provide the return instructions so you can send it back to The RePuzzler. Once it’s returned, you’ll be ready to choose your next puzzle.

Yes! You can choose from the puzzles currently available in The RePuzzler collection, or if you fancy a surprise, you can let us choose one for you. If your first choice isn’t available, we’ll help you pick another.

Your membership includes one puzzle at a time and one exchange per month. There’s no deadline to finish your puzzle, so if you need a little longer, that’s absolutely fine. Your membership will simply continue monthly until you’re ready to return it and choose another.

Standard delivery and return are included in your membership. We’ll use convenient parcel services and provide simple return instructions when it’s time to send your puzzle back. We’ll confirm the best delivery and return option with you when your membership begins.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you have a puzzle on loan when you cancel, you’ll just need to return it to The RePuzzler. Your membership will not renew after your cancellation takes effect.
